What MyPromptPro AI is, how it works, and the beta testers whose suggestions shipped.
What it is
MyPromptPro AI turns the best reasoning frameworks, and the instructions you find yourself repeating, into buttons. Tap the ways you want the AI to think, add your topic, and copy one complete operating contract into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or a coding agent. The prompt asks the AI to use that frame for related follow-ups; your later instructions can change it, and a new chat may need the prompt again.
It is built by Practical Business AI and is a tool we built for our own work. Every card opens with the outcome you want and why, then concrete steps and a definition of done. The same structure gives smaller and local models guidance while leaving more capable models room to carry out the work. Results depend on the model and available tools.
Free open beta. Paid editions for specific industries and teams come later; the core stays free. Topics and composed prompts stay local. Optional sync uploads saved custom lenses and Hotkey instructions; see the privacy promise.
Practical setup tools
Six setup workflows now live in the main app beside your Hotkeys and composer: review instruction files, organize standing orders, create reusable lenses, adapt prompts, compare results and write handoffs. The setup instructions explain when to use each one and why file changes follow a review-first, apply-second process. Test this stack prepares matched normal-request and MyPromptPro runs. Your AI executes the work; this website does not silently call models or edit files.

Your feedback helps shape MyPromptPro. When a suggestion becomes a released improvement, we credit the person behind it here with the change and version. Daryl Taylor, our founder, starts the list with two recent suggestions that shipped.

Have an idea? Tell us right inside the app
Look for the floating microphone button in the bottom-right corner of the main app. That little button opens a complete beta feedback app built by Practical Business AI and embedded in MyPromptPro. It lets you share an idea or show a problem while it is fresh, without leaving the app to write an email or fill out a long bug report.
- Open MyPromptPro. Find the microphone in the bottom-right corner. If you have dragged it elsewhere, it will be where you left it.
- Talk, type, or show us. Tap the microphone to start a voice note and tap again to stop. Tap the small three-dot menu beside it to choose Type a note or Record my screen to show an issue, where your browser supports screen recording.
- Wrap up your suggestions. Choose Send my suggestions in that menu to finish. The feedback app prepares a report and gives you a place to add clarifications. Notes are saved as you go.
A missing lens, a useful stack, a confusing step, or something broken — you do not need technical language. Just tell us what you wanted to do and what happened. We track suggestions as new, planned, shipped, or declined. When yours ships, your first name and the improvement can appear in the credits above.
Better feedback is just one thing we build
