Apply what you approved
After you approve specific revisions, switch to the apply step. Your AI re-reads the current files, preserves concurrent work, makes only the approved edits, and checks the resulting diff.
A prompt cannot grant access or permission.Your AI can use only the files, tools and authority it already has. It should state what it could not inspect and never claim an edit or test it did not perform.
